• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: $2,800 - $4,500 per month

We are an expanding Orthopaedic Centre and are looking to bring on a Clinic Executive to develop and grow together with us.

This is a Dynamic and Fast-Paced role for active and sharp-minded individuals.

• Providing front-line service to Patients and Visitors pro-actively
• Perform reception duties such as registration of patients, addressing phone and email queries, scheduling of appointments and surgeries
• Perform billing and cashier
• Dispensing of drugs and stock-keeping
• Perform administrative tasks such as submission of medical claims, email liaisons and filling of forms

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as a team
• Service-oriented and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• TPA and Plato knowledge is a plus point

• Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
• Saturday: 9am - 1pm

$2,800 - $4,500
