Grow Through Learning Pte Ltd is a Math and Science learning centre for 7 - 14 year old students, specialising in making concepts easier for students to understand through fun and interactive activities.

Our team strives to empower and encourage every child to be who he/she really is so as to inspire him/her to enjoy the subjects well and eventually become a self-directed learner.

Job Highlights:

  • Training and coaching are provided to help teachers with personal and professional growth. There is 1-1 mentorship in guiding teachers to achieve rewarding teaching outcomes and student relationships.

Teaching Role:
  • Plan and coach students with engaging lesson plans in small group classes.
  • Build strong rapport and relationships with students and parents.
  • Monitor student’s learning progress and communicative effectively to provide regular feedback to parents or guardians.
  • Continuously share and discuss improvements to teaching pedagogy and materials.
  • Provide feedback and develop curriculum, as part of the team.
  • Assist in some centre administration, including scheduling and relief teaching.
  • Able to work on weekday afternoons and at least one day on weekends, either Saturday or Sunday.
  • Part time roles available.
Requirements:
  • Cheerful personality and passionate about working with children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, meticulous and willing to learn.
  • Competence and interest in Math and Science. A degree in Science or related disciplines will be considered favourably.
  • Commitment to centre training and a permanent stint at the centre.
  • Fresh graduates will be considered, though applicants with prior teaching experience (as private tutors or other centre teaching) will be preferred.
Centre Teaching Hours:

· Mon: 3pm – 730pm

· Tues: 3pm – 730pm

· Wed: 3pm – 730pm

· Thurs: 3pm – 730pm

· Fri: 3pm – 730pm

· Sat: 830am- 430pm

· Sun: 830am – 430pm
