About the Role

Eprom Data Systems Pte Ltd are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to join their team based in Macpherson, Central Region. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing all administrative operations and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

What you'll be doing
  • Responsible for daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office workflow.
  • Handles document management, data entry, filing, and system updates.
  • Supports basic accounting functions, including invoice preparation, receipt tracking, and payment follow-ups.
  • Prepares administrative paperwork for sales and operations teams.
  • Coordinates with vendors, customers, and internal departments on routine matters.
  • Manages office supplies, equipment, and general office logistics.
  • Attends to incoming calls, emails, and other administrative requests.
  • Assists management with ad‑hoc tasks and maintains accurate records.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1 year of admin experience in an office environment.
  • Basic accounting knowledge, including invoices, receipts, SOA, and simple bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong record‑keeping accuracy.
