Dream Autocare Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based automotive company specializing in trading, finance, rental and car repair company. With established partnerships across Asia and a growing market presence, we are expanding our business development team to strengthen our regional operations and client network.

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Regional Business Development Manager to join our Singapore office.

The Regional Business Development Manager will play a leading role in expanding Dream Automotive group market presence and supply across Southeast Asia and China, developing B2B partnerships, and managing key accounts in the car industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies across regional automotive markets
  • Identify and onboard new B2B clients (dealers, distributors, and corporate buyers)
  • Manage relationships with existing overseas and local partners and clients
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for car supply including, automotive parts and regional sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize vehicle and parts sourcing, pricing, and logistics coordination
  • Represent the company as a director in foreign companies and at trade events and industry exhibitions when required
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, with knowledge of markets including Chinese Markets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners)
  • Able to and have lived in overseas country for example China for project for a long period of time.
  • Proven track record developing regional relationships especially overseas supplier and client in SEA and China market.
  • Independent, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of SEA and China market

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
