Job summary
A consulting firm in Singapore seeks a developer with extensive experience in Java and related technologies. The ideal candidate should have over 6 years in software development, architectural design, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Responsibilities include translating storyboards into applications, ensuring performance and reliability of code, and troubleshooting issues. Candidates with experience in Agile methodology will be preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6-9+ years of development experience with Java and related technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in design and architectural patterns.
- Familiar with frameworks such as Springboot and MVC.
Responsibilities
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications on Cloud platforms.
- Design, develop and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code.
- Ensure best possible performance and responsiveness of applications.
Skills
- Should have min of 6-9+ years of development experience with Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Springboot technologies.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in design/architectural patters
- Should be familiar with the frameworks such as Springboot, API, MVC, Sitecore CMS.
- Experience using React JS/ Node JS, Sitecore JSP. Working experience on AI/ML digital projects would be preferred.
- •Familiarity with architectural styles/APIs (REST).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, TDD and BDD.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications into Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure Cloud, Google Cloud etc.,
- Design, develop and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate and address those issues.
- Also should be ready to provide any high level support.
