Job summary
A leading company in the recruitment industry is seeking a technical support specialist to handle customer inquiries and technical issues. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software problems, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring timely resolutions. This role requires a Diploma in Cyber Security and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with 24x7 standby shifts.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge of computer systems and networks.
- Comfortable to work 24x7 standby shifts.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and technical issues via various channels.
- Work with development teams to resolve complex issues.
- Meet SLAs for response times and resolutions.
Skills
Education
- Handle customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system to provide quick and polite assistance.
- Solve technical problems reported by customers or users using troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, or network issues.
- Work with development and product teams to resolve complex issues and keep stakeholders updated.
- Meet SLAs for response times and resolutions, ensuring requests are handled on time.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Cyber Security or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge of computer systems, networks, troubleshooting, and key protocols like TCP/IP and DNS.
- Comfortable to work 24x7 standby shifts.
