Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer and Product Engineer to join their AML Systems team. This role focuses on the stability and efficiency of AML batch processing systems. Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience with Compliance products, particularly Oracle OFSAA/FCCM, and have proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, and Python. The role demands collaboration with teams and resolving complex processing issues to ensure system reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Compliance products including Oracle OFSAA/FCCM.
• Hands-on experience with tech stacks: Java, Advanced PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and validate pre-production batches and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for production batch failures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve batch processing issues.
• Coordinate with upstream data teams to ensure timely delivery of UAT test data.
• Generate and distribute production batch status reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer and Product Engineer to join our AML Systems team. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, reliability, and efficiency of our AML batch processing systems.

Production & Batch Management

• Execute, monitor, and validate pre-production batches and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support for production batch failures, ensuring rapid issue resolution and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., Oracle Support) to resolve complex batch processing issues.
• Coordinate with upstream data teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of UAT test data.
• Generate and distribute accurate production batch status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Testing & Technical Execution

• Support Testers and Business Analysts (BAs) during UAT to ensure functional requirements are met and documented.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell Scripting and Python to enhance monitoring and operational efficiency.
• Manage job scheduling for critical AML processes using enterprise-grade tools such as Autosys.
