Job summary
A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage a portfolio of companies on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, advising on corporate governance, and interacting with clients and regulators. Ideal candidates have degrees in relevant fields and 2-3 years of experience. Strong analytical and project management skills are essential in this fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with the right aptitude will be considered.
- At least 2 years (Senior Associate) and 3 years (Assistant Manager/Manager) of relevant experience.
- Able to understand and analyse financial statements.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to details.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in managing a portfolio of companies listed on the Catalist board.
- Review announcements, periodic financial statements, annual reports, and circulars.
- Advise the directors and senior management on corporate governance matters.

Education
- Provide support in managing a portfolio of companies listed on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange
- Review announcements, periodic financial statements, annual reports, and circulars on corporate actions
- Advise the directors and senior management on continuing listing obligations and corporate governance matters
- Interact with clients, regulators and other professionals, e.g., auditors, lawyers and corporate secretaries
- Monitor daily share price movements and media coverage of clients
- Conduct client-onboarding due diligence
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Law or other comparable qualifications
- Fresh graduate with the right aptitude will be considered
- At least 2 years (Senior Associate) and 3 years (Assistant Manager/Manager) of relevant experience
- Able to understand and analyse financial statements
- Ability to demonstrate attention to details
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that would require managing multiple priorities and needs of stakeholders, as well as the agility to respond to changes and developments.
- Strong project and time management skills with high level of initiative and ownership
- Strong articulation and written skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
- Familiarity with Bloomberg and relevant knowledge in listing rules is a plus
