Responsibilities

• Provide System & Operation support to business users, for Demand Planning Business Applications & Solutions.
• Support biz users when they face System & Operational issues during the Demand planning process, by investigating and resolving any issues within agreed timelines.
• Work with Internal IT teams as well as biz partners / Vendors to resolve system issues and support ongoing enhancements to the system, based on Functional / Design documents.
• Support project teams in promotion & roll‑out activities for the System, to new Sales Companies in the region.
• Analyze and fine‑tune System Quality & Performance to improve stability.
• Work with IT teams to identify and implement improvements.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage Biz users in all levels and communicate effectively for requirement/ solution discussion, and proposal explanation to decision makers.
• Quickly grasp and understand biz processes and design solutions to support biz operations.
• Experience in Oracle / SQL Server Database (Queries, PL/SQL), to understand the system/data and troubleshoot and support existing planning systems.
• Experience in .Net Technologies (Forms/Web) is advantageous, but not mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Experience in complex SQL queries / Oracle PL-SQL.
• Experience in .net technologies for Windows Forms & Web Development (MVC), is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Able to quickly study & understand existing system, data & operations.
• Understand IT processes and able to support IT team in executing various projects.
• Self‑motivated & able to work as part of a team, needing interaction with other related team members (such as SAP team members).
