Job summary

A manufacturing firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage the Customer Product Bill of Material and assist Sales Support during the quotation phase. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, triggering production launches, and compiling necessary documentation. Candidates should possess at least an A-Level, ITE, or Diploma in Engineering/Business, with good interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role is suitable for those with relevant experience or fresh graduates with a strong background in business or engineering.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
  • Fresh graduate with strong background in related business/engineering discipline will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Update, compile, control and monitor the Customer Product BOM.
  • Assist Sales Support during the Quotation stage by preparing proposal and tender documents.
  • Assist to trigger the production Job Launch.
  • Compile and submit Pre‑Production Documentations.
  • Update Customer purchase order and Delivery Schedule.
  • Compile and submit Concession/NC documents to customer.

  • Assist Sales Support during the Quotation stage by preparing the proposal and tender documents.
  • Assist Sales Support to trigger the production Job Launch.
  • Compile and submit Pre‑Production Documentations.
  • Assist Sales Support to update Customer purchase order and Delivery Schedule.
  • Compile and submit Concession/NC documents to customer.
  • Compile and submit Final Product Documentation to Customer.
  • Control in Filing System Management.
  • Other tasks delegated by superior.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • A‑Level, ITE or Diploma in Engineering/Business or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
  • Fresh graduate with strong background in related business/engineering discipline will also be considered.
