Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage tender documents and prepare cost estimates for projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, have 1-3 years of experience or be a fresh graduate. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, evaluating costs, and sourcing quotes while ensuring compliance with tender requirements. Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, maintain and manage tender documents including BOQ and prices.
  • Measure quantities from drawings.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations for customers.
  • Evaluate price comparisons and costing summaries.
  • Source quotations and perform cost analysis.
  • Raise tender queries for clarifications.
  • Ensure compliance to tender requirements.
  • Prepare cost estimates for ID projects.
  • Review and update tender documents.
  • Prepare monthly progress claims to customers.
