Responsibilities

• Handle quotations, orders, claims, accounts, sub-contractor payments and related paperwork.
• Liaise and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Follow up on payments and update project progress for stakeholders.
• Respond to calls and inquiries.
• Check site and attend project meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Education

Diploma, Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering or similar

• Handle quotations, orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, sub-contractor payments and paperwork related to site submissions.
• Liaise and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
• Assist in following up on outstanding payments and update project progress to relevant stakeholders
• Respond to calls and inquiries
• Check site and attend project meetings to monitor work progress and resolve issues
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
