A dynamic fintech company in Singapore is seeking a motivated Legal Counsel to provide legal and regulatory advice across various business areas. The role includes advising on licensing under the Payment Services Act, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years of legal experience, preferably in the fintech sector, and a deep understanding of blockchain and digital assets.
Formación
Qualified to practice law in Singapore (Singapore Bar) is preferred.
3–6 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal role.
Strong background in crypto, fintech, payments, or financial services industries is a major advantage.
Responsabilidades
Advise on regulatory licensing requirements under the Payment Services Act (PSA).
Provide legal guidance on new product initiatives in crypto and fintech sectors.
Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
Ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Manage legal disputes and customer complaints.

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal degree
