A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to develop global sales strategies and manage institutional client relationships. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience in fintech or crypto and proven success with high-value institutional transactions. You will lead a team, collaborate on customized solutions, and track market trends to enhance strategic decisions. This position offers a challenging environment within a growing industry.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute global sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Manage full sales cycle with institutional clients and partners.
Institutional Client Acquisition
Build strong relationships with large institutions, family offices, exchanges, and enterprise clients.
Maintain a proven ability to generate and close deals exceeding USD 1M annually.
Channel Development
Establish and grow partner networks across crypto funds, mining pools, and financial institutions.
Solution Customization
Identify client needs and collaborate with product and technical teams to provide customized compute‑power and financial solutions.
Team Leadership (Director‑level)
For Director‑level: Lead, recruit, and develop a high‑performing sales team; optimize sales processes and CRM systems.
Market Insights
Track industry trends and competitor movements to support strategic decisions.
Work with marketing teams on brand and market activities.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales/BD experience in fintech, crypto, SaaS/cloud, or data center industries.
Verified track record of managing institutional clients with annual transactions > USD 1M.
Strong industry network and relationships.
Director‑level requires at least 2 years of people management or experience building a new sales function/business line.
Manager‑level applicants do not need prior management experience.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills.
Understanding of Bitcoin, mining economics, and compute‑power services.
Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce) and data analysis.
Experience in crypto exchanges / mining companies / fintech institutions.
RWA or compute‑power financialization knowledge.
