You will collaborate with consultants and developers, document integration services, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage critical issues. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants and developers to coordinate the work and track progress.
• Document and maintain integration services and interface specifications.
• Identify and resolve integration issues with vendors and internal IT team.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare user manuals, operations manuals, and facilitate training.
• Manage and escalate critical issues to relevant managers.
• Maintain rapport with users regarding project scope and schedule.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
