The ideal candidate will drive product decisions, support project delivery, and ensure stakeholder alignment. Responsibilities include managing the product lifecycle, market research, and user feedback acquisition. • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the FinTech industry.
• Background in trading domains (Futures, Options, FX) is preferred.
• Knowledge of web/software development processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: concept, launch, and enhancement.
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and UAT.
• Prioritize product backlog aligned with business goals.
• Define and monitor KPIs post-launch.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
