Responsibilities:
Lead and review group financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory submissions in compliance with SGX, IFRS, and regulatory standards.
Oversee monthly management reporting, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis across business units.
Drive budgeting and reforecasting cycles in collaboration with business heads and project teams.
Strengthening internal controls, accounting policies, and risk management processes.
Support investment evaluation, M&A due diligence, and project financing requirements.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and regulatory bodies.
Mentor and guide the finance team to enhance functional depth and reporting accuracy.
Key Requirements:
Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA or CPA qualified
At least 8 years of working experience in Finance
Sounds knowledge in SGX, IFRS, and regulatory standards.
Handled M&A project experience will be an added advantage
