As a Satellite Planning Engineer, you will collaborate with central and site stakeholders to conduct strategic scenario and capital planning analysis. You will play a key role in the Fab Scenario Optimization Study, Business Plan, Supply Chain, and processes such as Sales and Operations Planning (SnOP) and Model of Record (MOR).
You will work with site industrial engineers, inventory control, NPI, and finance teams to ensure alignment on fab loading commitments, capabilities, pilot line plans, wafer costs, and business proposals.
This role demands excellent strategic planning skills and creativity in applying various methodologies for optimal study (sweet spot study). Candidates with experience in capacity planning and analytical thinking will be highly valued.

Your ability to analyze data, understand market conditions, and develop loading plans that meet market share, capital, and inventory goals will be essential for supporting management decisions and driving business success.
You should have a deep understanding of capacity planning, business processes, and opportunities for scenario loading and capital optimization. Involvement in automation projects to streamline operations and reduce manual errors is also expected.
