📍 Location: Jalan Besar Plaza (Near Farrer Park MRT)

🔎 About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Loan Officer to join our finance/credit team. You will assess loan applications, handle customer inquiries, manage documentation, and provide professional financial solutions to customers. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication and analytical skills.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Assess loan applications, including eligibility, credit evaluation, and income verification

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email

• Explain loan procedures, requirements, and repayment terms

• Recommend loan products and repayment solutions based on customer needs and profile

• Follow up on pending documents, application status, and repayment matters

• Maintain customer records, agreements, and communication logs

• Promote loan products and support renewal or cross-selling opportunities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and data privacy standards

• Escalate complex cases and provide professional resolution

• Perform other duties as assigned

🎓 Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in loans, credit assessment, financial advisory, or customer service

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain professional and empathetic in challenging situations

• Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with CRM or loan systems

• Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin is required to liaise with customers who speak predominantly Mandarin

⏰ Working Hours

5.5-day work week:

• Mon–Fri: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM OR 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• Sat: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM OR 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Rest day: Sunday

💰 Salary & Compensation

• Basic Salary: $2,200 – $3,000 (based on experience)

• Commission: Available (after probation)

• Performance bonus may be awarded based on business results and individual performance
