Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced F&B Controller to oversee the financial activities and inventory management of a prestigious restaurant. This role involves daily audits of financials, managing inventory and ensuring high-quality standards in food and beverage products. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of related experience in an upscale hospitality setting. Knowledge in HACCP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in upscale hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of pricing and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily food count and purchases to manage stock level.
• Establish par/stock levels on all products.
• Conduct daily audits of financials.
