Job summary

A leading firm in financial services seeks a professional to manage STS & OTC processes in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in financial shared services and be fluent in Japanese (N1 level) and English. Responsibilities include month-end closing procedures, compliance with GAAP, and collaboration with auditors. A degree in Finance/Accounting is preferable, along with an ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in financial shared services.
• Fluency in written and spoken Japanese (N1 level) and English.
• Experience with SOX Compliance and interacting with auditors.

Responsibilities

• Handle STS & OTC processes professionally and resolve outstanding items timely.
• Define service standards and manage service level agreements.
• Prepare month-end closing procedures with high quality.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain internal controls.
• Recommend process improvements and develop internal controls.
• Train non-financial personnel and manage expectations.
