We are a leading global supplier of electrical and electronic safety components and solutions and traction power systems for the railway industry and also provide solutions for renewable energy, DC grid, and other industrial systems. With more than 1’300 employees worldwide, we are wherever our customers are around the globe, supplying products approved in our customers’ countries or markets and deliver top-notch supply chain and customer services locally.

We are now looking for our new entity in Singapore, talents to support the activities in the SEA region.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Acknowledge Purchase Orders (PO) from suppliers and clients.
  2. Manage invoices and follow up on deliveries.
  3. Coordinate with forwarders and logistics.
  4. Oversee cleaning services and facility management.
  5. Coordinate with building management and contractors.
  6. Arrange travel and accommodation, including flights.
  7. Manage inventory items, including tracking items in and out.
  8. Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations as needed.
  9. Coordination and support with after sales service department from HQ.
  10. It's a 50% time part-job.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience working as an assistant.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  3. Good command of the English language.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
