A growing health and beauty company in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive channel marketing efforts. This role involves collaborating with distributors, managing partnerships, and executing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Marketing, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and strong proficiency in Mandarin. The company offers a supportive work environment and numerous growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with distributors to develop comprehensive channel marketing plans aligned with business objectives and target audience.
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic channel partnerships to expand our reach and drive mutual growth opportunities.
- Develop joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and co-branded assets to engage channel partners and drive demand generation.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, serving as the main point of contact for all marketing-related activities and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to channel partners on leveraging marketing tools, resources, and programs to maximize their marketing efforts.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of channel marketing activities and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in channel marketing to continuously improve our strategies and tactics.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events, roadshows, and overseas activities.
- Coordinate with China partners, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Travel to China whenever required for event support.
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5 years’ experience in marketing, with exposure to events and CRM.
- Direct sales experience can be considered.
- Experience in planning and executing corporate events.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in Mandarin to effectively assist Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Experience with design tools e.g. Canva.
- Knowledge of social media management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data.
