  • Oversee event setup (tables, decor), coordinate food/beverage delivery, and manage service flow.
  • Manage POS systems, process payments, handle billing, and ensure cleanliness of dining areas and equipment.
  • Liaise with kitchen on orders/availability, communicate special requests (allergies, dietary needs).
