A reputable company in Singapore seeks a candidate for a role involving administrative support, discipline management, and event assistance in a secondary school environment. Responsibilities include managing student discipline issues and preparing related reports, along with supporting school events. Ideal candidates should have experience in a secondary school or law enforcement, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Contract Period: 1 Jan 2026 – 31 Dec 2026
Deployment Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (including 60 mins lunch break)
Friday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (including 60 mins lunch break, 8 hours work)
Service not required on: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Job Scope:
Administrative and Communication Support
Manage parents or students on discipline-related matters such as latecoming and behavioral issues.
Prepare discipline-related data and reports for the HOD/Student Management, including but not limited to latecoming and absenteeism records.
On-Ground Discipline Support
Perform duties such as canteen duty, detention duty, and patrolling.
Manage students placed on detention or in-house suspension, ensuring compliance with school rules and meaningful engagement in assigned tasks.
Event and General Support
Assist at school events when required.
Carry out simple administrative tasks assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, or Key Personnel.
Requirements:
Experience working in a secondary school
Experience in a law enforcement agency such as SPF or CNB
Experience in a student management role or similar capacities
Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially with students
Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
