Job description

Authority: Admiralty Secondary School

Contract Period: 1 Jan 2026 – 31 Dec 2026

Deployment Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (including 60 mins lunch break)

  • Friday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (including 60 mins lunch break, 8 hours work)

  • Service not required on: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

Job Scope:

  1. Administrative and Communication Support

    • Manage parents or students on discipline-related matters such as latecoming and behavioral issues.

    • Prepare discipline-related data and reports for the HOD/Student Management, including but not limited to latecoming and absenteeism records.

  2. On-Ground Discipline Support

    • Perform duties such as canteen duty, detention duty, and patrolling.

    • Manage students placed on detention or in-house suspension, ensuring compliance with school rules and meaningful engagement in assigned tasks.

  3. Event and General Support

    • Assist at school events when required.

    • Carry out simple administrative tasks assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, or Key Personnel.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a secondary school

  • Experience in a law enforcement agency such as SPF or CNB

  • Experience in a student management role or similar capacities

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially with students

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
