- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and event bookings for up to 40 guests.
- Know the offers provided by the venue.
- Understand reservation flow and policies.
- Monitor daily bookings and prepare assigned tables.
- Ensure special guests receive personalized services.
- Maintain awareness of operations and reservations.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Address customer complaints and manage guest relations.
- Perform cashier duties and data reporting.
