• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and event bookings for up to 40 guests.
• Know the offers provided by the venue.
• Understand reservation flow and policies.
• Monitor daily bookings and prepare assigned tables.
• Ensure special guests receive personalized services.
• Maintain awareness of operations and reservations.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Address customer complaints and manage guest relations.
• Perform cashier duties and data reporting.
