Job description

• Proficiency in Client & Partner Management, Business Process Management (BPM), Workflow Automation, Account Opening, Periodic Reviews, and KYC processes.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements from MAS (Singapore) and HKMA (Hong Kong).
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies and enterprise platforms such as Java EE, Spring Boot, and databases like Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with integration technologies like API, File Transfer, IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus, and event streaming platforms like Confluent Kafka.
• Domain knowledge in Financial / Capital Markets is essential.
• Understanding of data policies and standards to align with business and technology goals is a plus.
• Experience in implementing cloud-native applications and DevOps principles.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise systems, in the banking domain, with a focus on private banking/wealth management.
• Strong understanding of CRM/Client Life Cycle Mgmt. platforms and their integration into enterprise ecosystems.
