IT Event & Inventory Support Specialist
Job summary
An IT support organization in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual to provide technical support for events and assist users with various IT applications. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong understanding of IT systems, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Flexibility to work after hours and on weekends is preferred, along with a readiness to start immediately.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of related working experience.
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Set up and provide technical support for events, including AV systems.
- Provide support for various business applications and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist users with technical issues and maintain hardware and software.
- Oversee tracking and lifecycle management of IT assets.
- Coordinate event setup and ensure a smooth experience.
