About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Brand Communications Executive to support global brand promotion, distributor marketing, and clinical engagement initiatives. This role offers exposure to medical device marketing, international markets, and close collaboration with sales, clinical, and regulatory teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support brand promotion and marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Manage and update social media platforms to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
  • Develop marketing content including promotional materials, press releases, case studies, and testimonials.
  • Support distributor and sales teams with marketing tools, training materials, and digital assets.
  • Assist in KOL engagement and clinical marketing activities, including educational and scientific materials.
  • Plan and coordinate events, conferences, product launches, and trade shows, including logistics and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory and market-specific requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in branding, marketing communications, PR, or event management within the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and distributor-led sales support is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
