Qualifications

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support two senior stakeholders in a high‑trust, fast‑paced environment. The role involves senior‑level coordination, government‑facing communications, event and invitation management, and close collaboration with other EAs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full executive support to two senior stakeholders (calendar, inbox, meetings)
  • Manage official communications with government agencies, regulators, and senior external stakeholders
  • Draft and send correspondence, emails, and invitations on behalf of stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage events, meetings, and official engagements, including invitations, RSVPs, and logistics
  • Work closely with other EAs and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and alignment
  • Handle confidential information in compliance with PDPA and internal policies
Skill Set & Requirements
  • 8+ years’ experience as an EA / Senior EA supporting senior leaders
  • Proven experience supporting multiple stakeholders concurrently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing on behalf of executives
  • Experience dealing with government or regulatory stakeholders preferred
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and high‑touch stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and standard office tools
