A creative crafts company in Singapore is seeking an individual for workshop operations to conduct tufting workshops and assist customers. Ideal candidates should possess good communication, patience, and handicraft skills, with experience in craft-related jobs preferred. The role offers flexibility with a contract duration of 3-12 months and a salary ranging from $2800 to $3600, plus performance-based bonuses.
Competenze
- Malaysian/SC/PR/LTVP with PLOC.
- Work experience in craft-related jobs is preferred.
- No requirement for education background or past tufting-related work experience.
Mansioni
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Prepare tools and equipment for workshops.
- Conduct tufting workshops and assist customers.
- Trim and process the end products.
- Maintain cleanliness of the studio and equipment.
Conoscenze
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Prepare tools&equipment for workshops (90% are tufting workshops)
- Conduct tufting workshops, assist customer finish their tufting (30% of the work)
- Trim and process the end products (30% of the work)
- Maintain cleanliness of the studio and equipments (10% of the work)
- Malaysian/SC/PR/LTVP with PLOC
- Proficiency in spoken English (Must)
- Good patience and communication skills to deal with customer
- Good handicraft skills especially when using scissors, skillful and patient (Must)
- Outgoing/extrovert
- Some event organization and crowd control skills. Work experience in craft-related jobs are preferred
- No requirement for education background, nor past tufting-related work experience.
- Min 3 month contract, 6/12 month contract available.

44hrs and above: OT $15/hr
