An international airline in Singapore is seeking an experienced Airport Manager to oversee all operational aspects of the airport, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a frontline team, manage budgets, and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies. As the Airport Manager Singapore you will be responsible for the airports leadership management operational and customer service delivery. The position has direct accountability for the airports above and below the wing airport operations customer service safety revenue regulatory people and airport KPI metrics (e.g. on time performance) and will be accountable for the day-to-day airport operations ensuring a safe operational environment that drives continuous customer service and business improvement. The role is responsible for leading and developing the frontline team including training coaching and expertise on a full range of people management items.
The position will strategically assess the overall airport operational performance and analyze evaluate and challenge existing business processes. Alongside this you will manage operational targets financial budgets and cost controls developing and implementing local strategy while complying with corporate policies procedures and addition you will be working closely and maintain positive relationships with airport authorities and related stakeholders all government and regulatory agencies vendor / businesspartnersand any key external stakeholders.
