Job summary

A leading environmental solutions firm based in Singapore is seeking a QA and ESG Support Administrator. This role involves maintaining and organising crucial QA and ESG documents, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a diploma in Business or Sustainability. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, organise, and control QA and ESG documents, records, and databases.
  • Ensure documents are properly version-controlled, approved, archived, and retrievable.
  • Support updates to policies, SOPs, manuals, and ESG-related documentation.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external audits.
  • Track audit findings, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and follow-up timelines.
  • Maintain audit logs, reports, and evidence for compliance purposes.
  • Provide administrative support for QA and ESG initiatives, meetings, and reporting.
  • Prepare basic reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review.
  • Coordinate training records, attendance, and compliance documentation.
  • Support ESG data collection and submission where required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Sustainability, or related fields.
  • 2 years of relevant administrative or QA support experience.
  • Basic knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO standards) and/or ESG principles is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
  • Self-motivated, systematic, and able to meet deadlines.
