- Conduct on-site inspections of VRV systems.
- Collaborate to manage technical issues.
- Provide technical expertise to support Dealers and Contractors.
- Assist in expanding the Dealers and Contractors network.

- Conduct on-site inspections of VRV systems to assess and troubleshoot reported issues.
- Collaborate with Sales & Engineering teams to manage complex technical issues.
- Provide technical expertise to support Dealers and Contractors.
- Assist Sales Department to expand Dealers and Contractors network.
- Review and implement corrective actions to strengthen Service teams’ capabilities.
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments.
- Assist team leader in planning and reviewing daily work to ensure all processes and appointments are completed on time.
- Verify sub-contractors’ work and prepare payments.
- Support quality assurance and training initiatives for service teams.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years’ technical experience with air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV, or HVAC systems.
- Entry-level candidates with relevant technical knowledge are welcome.
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or equivalent in Engineering.
