Job summary

A prominent HR services company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant for a 3-month role. Responsibilities include managing HR records, documenting employee data, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Human Resources or a related field, with entry-level applicants encouraged to apply.   • Deliver HR activities meeting service level agreements and KPIs.
  • Maintain accuracy of records in myHR based on agreed procedures.
  • Complete adhoc duties as assigned.

Duration: 3 months, extendable/convertible

Working Location: One North (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly as per Service Level Agreement
  • Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff in myHR
  • Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via myHR
  • Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicator (KPI) within HR Group Shared Services
  • Ensure record in myHR are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards
  • Adhoc duties as per assigned
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
  • Entry level are welcomed to apply

  • Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality
  • Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities
