Job Responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with existing clients through regular customer visits and engagement.\

• Actively monitor customer feedback and respond promptly to address and resolve concerns.

• Visit both new and existing clients during festive seasons or promotional campaigns to strengthen rapport.

• Coordinate with internal service teams to deliver effective solutions to customer issues.

• Maintain direct communication with customers and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Identify potential business opportunities, drive new client acquisition, and sustain current customer relationships.

• Lead negotiations and successfully close deals with prospective clients.

Job Requirements:

• Entry level are welcomed. Training will be provided.

• Class 3 license with car is required

• Candidate with sales driven or customer service experience is welcome to apply.
