A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to join their Contact Centre team. The role involves attending to customer enquiries via phone and email while ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation in the CRM system. Applicants should possess a minimum of 'A' Levels or a Diploma, with strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary for success. This position offers a completion bonus and a six-month contract duration.
You will attend to phone/email enquiries from our customers, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre’s high level of accessibility and supporting the preparation and delivery of service requests for customers and distribution partners.
