Job summary
A recruitment company in Singapore is looking for a Quality Data Analyst to conduct post-market surveillance analysis and support the quality management system. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in engineering or related field, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and Minitab. This role offers full training and focuses on data analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for presenting data and reports.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct post-market surveillance analysis and supplier performance reporting.
- Maintain and support the quality management system.
- Analyze quality data, collate insights, and present findings.

Conduct post-market surveillance analysis and supplier performance reporting across the APAC region.
Maintain and support the quality management system in compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
Perform supplier performance trending and manage relevant reporting systems.
Analyze quality data, collate insights, and present findings to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Document and manage configuration changes for products and bills of materials (BOM).
Implement continuous improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
Full training will be provided
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for presenting data and reports to leadership
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and Minitab
