Job summary

A global real estate services firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer to manage facility operations and provide engineering support for M&E systems. The role involves conducting inspections, handling emergencies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have a recognized diploma in M&E or related fields, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills, and be proficient in office applications. This position offers a dynamic work environment along with various responsibilities in facility management.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out inspections, quality control, and supervision of FMC technicians.
  • Handle incidents, complaints, and repairs regarding M&E systems.
  • Provide 24-hour emergency support as the first response to emergencies.
  • Prepare cost estimates for ad-hoc work.
  • Create work requests and update cases using CMMS.
  • Familiarize with e-PTW and IBMS/BMS alarm management modules.
