The Systems Engineer must have a positive learning attitude. Coupled with structured training and technical certification, you will undergo training on the job with guidance from the Senior Engineer/IT Manager to support different systems, network, and security solutions.

1. Perform IT administration and provide support at office sites of clients from various industries.
2. Travel to 3 or more sites each day to offer advice and support to our clients.
3. Provide clients with IT support, including identification of systems gaps and the suggestion of improvements to clients’ systems.
4. Offer advice on asset management, IT best practices, and IT policies.
5. Involve in the hands-on implementation of infrastructure projects.

1. Candidates with a Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or relevant studies.
2. Possession of Microsoft-related certificates such as MCSA or other technical qualifications is preferred.
3. Hands-on experience with Windows environment, and experience in troubleshooting, configuring servers, and email support will be advantageous.
4. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Independent and able to work with all levels of personnel.
6. Able to work within tight timelines with good prioritization skills.
7. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
