A technology firm in Singapore seeks a skilled Project Manager to oversee Building Management System (BMS) projects. The role involves managing project execution, ensuring compliance with specifications, and providing technical support during and after installation. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, BMS experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel to job sites may be required, and flexibility for overtime is necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction or technology industries is required.
- Must have relevant experience in Building Management System (BMS).
- Strong knowledge in designing systems for BMS.
Responsabilités
- Manage and execute BMS projects, including planning and coordination.
- Prepare technical submissions and method statements.
- Perform site supervision and testing of BMS equipment.

- Manage and execute BMS projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare technical submissions, method statements, and engineering documentation.
- Perform site supervision, testing, commissioning, and system integration of BMS equipment.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project execution and post-installation.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular progress reports.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for equipment, procurement and delivery.
- Travel to various job sites required.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
- Understand technical and construction documents.
- Experience in the construction or technology industries is required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated management and leadership experience.
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Understanding of general contractor procedures.
- Must have relevant experience in Building Management System (BMS).
- Have strong knowledge in designing a system for BMS system.
- Manage of project according to contract specification.
- Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works related to engineering and systems design.
- Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters.
