Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections, quality control, and supervision of FMC technicians.
• Handle incidents, complaints, and repairs regarding M&E systems.
• Provide 24-hour emergency support as the first response to emergencies.
• Prepare cost estimates for ad-hoc work.
• Create work requests and update cases using CMMS.
• Familiarize with e-PTW and IBMS/BMS alarm management modules.
