Job summary

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Engineering and at least 1-3 years of M&E construction project management experience. Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD is required. Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of M&E Construction project management experience; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Proficient in operating MS Project.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in project planning and oversee all works on site.
• Monitor and coordinate the works with supervisors.
• Handle technical and engineering problems.
• Liaise with client's representatives and relevant authorities.
• Identify and assess foreseeable risks associated with construction.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented.
