This full-time role involves supporting educational activities, managing accreditation, and enhancing operational efficiency through data analysis and AI solutions. *** This is a full-time position offered on a 1-year employment contract, with the possibility of renewal/extension based on performance and organisational needs.
The Senior Executive will be responsible to support the Education Development Office by assisting and coordinating postings and evaluations, faculty activities, orientation of residents, programme planning and scheduling, examinations and teaching activities.
Support the supervisor in the area of operations & administrative support for postgraduate educational activities for residency programmes.
Support the faculty development activities and monitoring of budget for optimisation of funding allocated.
(A) SPECIFIC
1. Programme Accreditation and Management
2. Administering and Maintaining a Conducive Educational Environment
3. Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiency Lead data collection and analysis initiatives.
4. Data Collection and Analysis for Continuous Improvement
5. Faculty Appointment, Management and Development
6. Funding and Department Assets Monitoring
7. Preparation of documentation for Audit
Programme Coordinators will also be required to support the ADIO and Director on:
