• L2 Certification in Early Childhood
• Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience with upper levels (N2–K2)
• Energetic, active, and engaged when working with children
• Strong classroom facilitation skills—you know how to guide, support, and create meaningful learning moments
• Naturally inspiring—you bring out confidence, curiosity, and joy in your students
• Adaptable and easygoing, able to adjust smoothly to the flow of the day
• Comfortable improvising and problem‑solving on the go
• Able to craft, refine, and improve lesson plans or curriculum
• Open to a full‑time role as a steady, valued part of our EC STEM Family
