Job description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Observe children’s learning and development to identify early signs of additional needs.
  • Conduct informal observations and developmental check-ins to support early intervention planning.
  • Design and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or Individual Support Plans (ISPs) focusing on both learning and personal growth.
  • Provide individual or small-group learning support to strengthen cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers to differentiate lessons and adapt activities for inclusion during play, exploration, and project work.
  • Encourage positive behaviours, empathy, and self-regulation aligned with our character and life education framework.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing progress and practical home strategies for continued support.
  • Partner with external professionals for multidisciplinary support.
  • Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with ECDA standards.
  • Contribute to a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels seen, valued, and capable.
Job Requirements:
