Job summary
A construction and engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a BIM Specialist to develop and maintain BIM models, create technical drawings, and ensure compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related fields, along with proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Strong communication and teamwork skills are required to collaborate effectively with project teams. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects within the construction sector.

- Experience in BIM modeling for structural or architectural components.
- Understanding of Singapore construction standards and BCA BIM guidelines.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.

- Develop and maintain BIM models for various projects.
- Create and update technical drawings and 3D models.
- Coordinate and integrate BIM models with project teams.

- Develop and maintain BIM models for various projects in accordance with industry standards.
- Create and update technical drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate and integrate BIM models with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure BIM models are compliant with project requirements and Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations.
- Assist in clash detection and resolving design conflicts using BIM software.
- Generate shop drawings and detailed construction documentation.
- Provide technical support to project teams and site personnel regarding BIM-related matters.
- Maintain an up-to-date library of BIM objects and project-related documentation.
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Experience in BIM modeling for structural or architectural components.
