Job summary

A leading firm in metalworks is seeking a project coordinator to handle communications with subcontractors, clients, and suppliers in Singapore. The role includes assisting in the preparation of project and tender documents, and producing various types of drawings including shop and construction drawings. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and be proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge in Advance Steel or Tekla is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination with subcontractors, clients, and suppliers.
• Able to work independently and fulfill obligations under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Advance Steel and Tekla is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects through communication with subcontractors, clients, and site teams.
• Assist in preparing project and tender documents.
• Prepare and produce various drawings according to manager's requirements.
• Attend to site matters as required.
