Job summary

A design consultancy based in Singapore is seeking an experienced designer to create and modify plans and drawings using CAD software. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in the design field, especially in hospitality, and excel in conceptualizing designs and space planning. Responsibilities include revising layouts and advising clients on materials and aesthetics. The position requires working 5 days a week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the office located a short walk from the MRT.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in design, preferably in Interior or Architecture.
• Strong skills in CAD software.
• Experience in Hospitality design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design plans and shop drawings using CAD software.
• Revise drawings and layouts based on project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design plans and shop drawings using computer aided design and drafting (CAD) software.
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
• Create, review and modify drawings based on project requirements.
• Space Planning, Design conceptualization, detailed technical drawing and advise on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least five (05) years experience in design related field (Interior/Architecture background).
• Required skills in Auto CAD/Sketchup or relevant application.
• Good in conceptualizing designs and space planning.
• Experience in Hospitality design.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Good team player and decision maker.

Working Hours and Location

• 5 days (9:00am - 6pm)
