Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to support our project team in preparing accurate architectural drawings for construction and submission purposes. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, consultants, and the site team to translate design concepts into clear, buildable drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise architectural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
• Develop detailed drawings for floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and consultant comments
• Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, and M&E requirements
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and authorities’ requirements
• Maintain proper drawing control and documentation

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit experience is an advantage)
• Familiar with architectural detailing and building materials
• Understanding of Singapore building standards and submission processes is an advantage
• Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and meet tight deadlines
